Traincraft is a minecraft mod that adds more than 80 trains, wagons, and other moving vehicles to the game. It uses Forge to run and is SSP, SMP, and LAN compatible. In the future we will try to also make it compatible with as many BIG technical mods as we can. (Pictures below)

For some reason Jeb & company put a nasty bug in the final release, which makes all minecart related entities (All trains) buggy, laggy, jerky, and weird at cornering. As we currently see no way of fixing this, we sadly have to wait for an update or maybe some Forge magic. But until then I suggest you use forge versions bellow (< not <=) 6.4.0.390 to avoid this. If other mods you use need higher versions, there is little I can do about it right now. Sorry.
The install is very simple so just follow these few steps and you’re done:
- Download a version of forge here.
- Download Traincraft (above)
- Install Forge FIRST! (We suggest you use MutiMc for convenience)
- Place the .jar in mods folder in .minecraft folder (Mods folder in “edit mods” if using MultiMc)
- You’re done. Go play
